There were two items on the agenda:
We also had an excellent presentation by Troy City Attorney Lori Bluhm and Assistant City Attorney Allan Motzny on the laws that apply to ZBAs in Michigan.
- A variance for 3755 Euclid (to construct an addition to the house). The ZBA voted to approve the variance. I voted yes on the motion to approve the variance.
- A variance for 71 Birchwood (to create two parcels). The ZBA voted to postpone action on this item to our next meeting.
Finally, congratulations to Glenn Clark and David Eisenbacher who were re-elected as ZBA Chair and ZBA Vice Chair respectively.
