Jury Duty 2012

Honorable Martha D. Anderson

Yesterday I reported for Oakland County Circuit Court jury duty in Pontiac. The only trial that I might have sat in the jury box for was presided over by Judge Martha D. Anderson. For nearly 3 hours I listened to the Judge, the prosecuting attorney, and the defense attorney interview each of the citizens who were randomly selected to sit on the jury for a criminal case. Unfortunately, my name was never drawn. Maybe next time.
