all talk and no action,,is the vision 20/20 program still in affect..I still have a land surveys' of TROY,in 1950ish,,,,GO head and build on old wet lands...the firm,,.who designed this,,gets already lives on TROY's tax grants,,and the new code enforement unit,,is run by the same people,,thru the differ steering Boards,,of this organization.NO real NEW stuff,,just another way,,to waste tax money.
