New Community Festival in Troy?

In a post from March, I stated that the annual Troy Daze Festival was going to be canceled.

Well, a group of local citizens is investigating the feasibility of starting a community festival as a successor to Troy Daze. It would be a private, non-profit enterprise. They are looking at several sites in Troy including at least one on private property.
