ReplyDeletewith people on city council like..WADE..that flip/flops, on most zone codes..what use is a city zone-ing codes..the PEOPLE in the city of TROY..is being run over,,by the DDA..planing commission...CITY COUNCIL..AND NOW the part-time city manager .Vision 20.20 will destroy any political power..TROY will ever have..THE bigger the MORE power..the SMALL is/will be eaten.
